    安民告示：据塔利班精神病防治研究所发出的全球通报，近日该所监护的一名重症患者在放风期间走失，据观察，该患者已闯入一秒钟后地界，不断更换留言名称并在一秒钟后的大街小巷狂写大字报。大家如果看到一个不留地址（或留别人地址）的家伙在狂留言并给一秒钟后安上各种污蔑之词，那么大家要小心，最好要绕道而行，另外如果谁家的空间留言中有人以“一秒钟后”的名头留下如下内容：1，破口大骂，2，出言侮辱，3，淫秽文字，4，贬低或嘲讽空间主人，5，自吹自擂，那么你要小心——该患者可能去过你的空间。
    另外请『空间联盟』、『我行我秀』、『加皇联盟』及其他联盟的成员空间也注意一下：如果有人假冒一秒钟后或一秒钟后朋友的身份上门污蔑侮辱你们，那么请留下该小人的留言并在方便的时候通知我，如果有人挑拨离间，那么请更加小心该留言者，因为前几天已经有人故意在他自己的空间上制造涉及一秒及诸位的事端并以此跟我大谈诸位的不足以图挑起矛盾。
